On January 17,
2012 a lecture was given by Dr. Panagiotis Diamandis, Director of Media Policy
Research of the Australian Hellenic Council (NSW). The event was held at the
Australian Embassy, in Athens and hosted by the
Australian Ambassador to Greece
The topic of the
lecture was on "Promoting the ANZAC Heritage in Hellas ".
Many people were attended the lecture and were also able to view photographic
material from the Australian War Memorial collection.
